With the acquisition of IZOLIR, we now offer a wide assortment of pre-insulated steel pipes and pipe elements. They are either insulated with polyurethane (thermal insulation) or polyethylene (hydro-insulation) and are dedicated to local and district heating applications.
As a global leader in flexible foam for the equipment insulation market and a leading provider of engineered foams, we have acquired A.D. IZOLIR in 2022, a major Serbian manufacturer of pre-insulated pipes and one of the top three producers of heat-shrinkable joints in Europe. This acquisition extends our footprint in Europe, enabling us to reach more customer segments in new geographies. We are further adding new capacities to our product portfolio, entering the energy-efficient and fast-growing pre-insulated pipe market.

Our IZOLIR brand draws on more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing pre-insulated pipes for industrial, commercial, and residential heating applications, including district heating.
A comprehensive strategy for pre-insulated pipe manufacturing
Our manufacturing initiative encompasses a thorough and comprehensive approach to the production of our pre-insulated pipes. Adhering to industry standards like EN 253 and DIN 30670, our focus extends to various facets, including the production of thermo-shrinkable joints (EN 489) and polyethylene pipes designed for water (EN 12201), gas (EN 1555), and sewerage applications. Noteworthy attention is directed towards implementing advanced techniques, such as robot welding, to enhance the anti-corrosive protection for steel pipes. This comprehensive approach ensures the delivery of high-quality pre-insulated pipes, meeting rigorous standards for durability and performance in diverse environments.

Our pre-insulated pipes offer versatility in addressing a broad spectrum of applications. They excel in efficiently transporting both hot and cold fluids, covering the transport of gas, water, oil, and other liquids. Specifically designed for transporting gas, water, oil and other fluids, these pipes provide the ideal solution to various needs, such as heating pipes, hot water pipes, oil pipelines, industrial facilities for transporting fluids, household installations, gas stations etc. They are also suitable for drainage and wastewater applications. What’s more, our pre-insulated pipes are integral in the biogas sector, facilitating heat and power cogeneration.
