We see such legislation and mechanisms for ensuring compliance as an important component of our overall policy and management arrangements. High occupational health and safety (OHS) standards help to prevent accidents and have a positive impact on our employees’ motivation and satisfaction, the quality of their work and our products, as well as on the company’s reputation. In striving to achieve our zero-accident vision, Armacell further undertakes a number of measures to identify potential hazards, perform specific risk assessments and increase its employees’ awareness of potential risks. All newcomers to the company are provided with specific safety information as part of their onboarding process. Our employees working in production environments are provided with workplace-specific safety training. All external personnel are given the relevant safety information in advance, and Armacell’s regular contractors are supplied with specific safety guidelines.
